Through CK Kingsley Consulting, I offer coaching that supports professionals navigating the complexity of mid-life—when the pace of life collides with the need for meaning. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, change management, and communication, I’ve walked this path myself. I know the feeling of reaching career milestones and still asking, “What now?” I also know the transformation that happens when we slow down, listen inward, and choose to lead ourselves with greater clarity.
